How to buy a plan?

Click on menu on the Home page. Go to Go Premium. Choose a plan and click Pay Now button. You will be redirected to payment gateway. Fill in the details and make payment.

How can I share Health Feeds with my friends and colleagues?

Click on menu on the Home page. Click Share and choose a mode (whatsapp/ Email/ facebook etc). Share with your friends and family.

How can I set reminders for my workouts?

Go to Plans Page, choose the plan for which you want to set reminder. Click on its Edit icon (). Choose Set Time option and set the time on the timer. Click Update. Now, you will be sent a workout reminder every day.

How do I know if I am connected to a Physio?

Go to Side-Menu.. Click on My Coaches. After loading, you will see the name and the number of your physio. If not, request your physio to connect with you again.

How to perform Healure workouts?

Go to Plan Page. Search for the workout you are looking for. Click on Play button and you will be redirected to detailed plan page. Click on Play Session. The demo of exercise will play first. Understand the exercise and then perform the exercises with HD videos and clear audio.

How to receive workout from your Physiotherapists?

Request your physio to add you as a client and send a workout. Go to Plan Page and you will be able to find the workout sent by your physio. Click on Play button to perform the Workout assigned by your Physio.

Why can’t I see any workouts from my physios?

Make sure you are connected to your physio and your physio has sent you the workout Or Go to Settings on the side menu and click on “Clear Cache” option. Now, go to Plans page, your workout should be visible. OR Check for your internet connection and network availability. OR Request your physio to resend the workout; after checking all the above parameters.

Why should I fill the feedback form after my Physio workout?

After successful completion of every workout, a feedback screen asking for your pain, mood, and compliance will be visible. It is important to fill that accurately as your physio will be able to track your progress remotely in the form of a graph. Let your physio know your feedback for better prognosis.

How to add a plan shared by physio?

On the side menu, go to Settings. Click on Add Plan By Code and type in the plan code shared by your physio. Click on Add Plan. Plan will be added. Now, go to Plan page to find your plan.

I don't want to see the demonstrations of the exercises. How can I stop it?

There are 2 options- 1. on the player page, touch the screen and click on Skip Demo on the left corner of the screen. You can do this for each exercise for which you dont ant to see the demo. 2. If you want to skip demo for all the exercises, go to the sidemenu, click on Settings. Click on Skip exercise demo option. It will turn to green.

Do you save my credit card details?

No, Healure doesn't save credit card information. All payments received are via payment gateway (PayPal or RazoPay).

How to activate trial period?

On the side menu, select Go Premium. Scroll down and click on Activate Trial.

Do you need credit card information to activate trial?

No, we do not take any credit card information for activating trial.

I have a slow internet connectivity. Will I be able to use it?

Yes, You can use it. Go to plans page, Click on download icon on the plan you want. Yoour plan will be downloaded. Now, on the side menu, select Offline Mode and go to Plans page. Your plan will be available. YOu donot need internet connection now.
